Sodashi agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within seven (7) working days from the payment receipt date*. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days. Sodashi will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

• Sodashi offers FREE standard shipping for all orders over £200.00. 

If your parcel is dispatched by standard parcel post, you should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days.
If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] and we will track it for you.
For Great Britain, a courier will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you of re-scheduled delivery or that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest office.

Sodashi are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

*Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and other relevant public holidays. 

• Please note that although we are dispatching products as soon as possible in line with our Shipping Commitment below, we wish to advise that you may experience delays with the delivery to your parcel due to COVID-19

Customs & Duties

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Sodashi takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Sodashi are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.
